Donnell Bruce
Owner & CEO
Raised by a single mom of three kids in South Carolina, Donnell learned early on that God, hard-work, and dedication can overcome poverty, generational curses, fear, and doubt. After achieving academic and athletic success on his high school basketball team, Donnell earned a scholarship to Clemson University where he lettered for four years and received a marketing degree with an emphasis in management. While at Clemson, he played alongside several future professionals and two NBA players: Dale Davis (16 years, NBA) and Elden Campbell (14 years).
After college, Donnell began to hone his entrepreneurial skills. From 1993–1999, he served as co-founder and Vice President of a record label. In 1995, he co-founded a custom clothing business. And from 1996-1999, he began hosting celebrity golf tournaments in San Juan, Puerto Rico and Nassau, Bahamas.
The wisdom and knowledge Donnell gained from those experiences were invaluable, but, he says, they also taught him a valuable lesson that he abides by to this day: “The love of money is the root of all evil.” Some of the lessons he learned in his career were difficult to swallow, but he believes God was simply shaping him to his eventual destiny.
In 2000, he began his career in sports management. 10 years later, he launched FamoSports (FAMO) — a sports management company created to help athletes and families stay connected both spiritually and financially throughout their career and beyond.
Donnell is proud to say that he’s been able to assist many professionals over the last 20+ years, and looks forward to assisting more athletes and their families for many years to come.

Willie is blessed to be well-connected across the country to multiple NBA players, as well as collegiate players and coaches. He believes family and great relationships can - and will - go a long way when working with players and their dreams of playing basketball at a high level. Willie works to ensure his players have everything they need to develop a strong career in sports.

Toranio began his career in the travel industry in 2017, creating a thriving travel business that serves the needs of business professionals. Utilizing his connections in the industry, his business secures excellent prices for travel, lodging, and entertainment, customizing each package to meet individual client needs. He recognizes the importance of operating on client needs and can be as hands-on or hands-off as clients wish.
Toranio is a U.S. Navy Veteran (Gulf War) who fell in love with travel during his service. He loves travel not only to experience different cultures, food, music, and people, but also the ability to see others achieve happiness when they are able to unwind in the right place.
In 2017, he formed Redefine Travel, LLC, and integrated the latest technology to reach new customers. He’s a member of CCRA/AB Global Services, Ensemble, and ASTA.
In 2022, Redefine Travel, LLC partnered with FAMO to provide an additional service to an already thriving management company.
